With more than 25 years of experience in behavioral health—including therapy, case management, crisis intervention, and substance abuse support—I’ve learned that everyone has the potential for change. Sometimes, all it takes is the right support and someone to walk alongside you on that journey.

If you're struggling with symptoms related to trauma or adverse childhood experiences, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and can help you process these challenges. If addiction is a concern, I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT and DBT-S) to support individuals on the path to recovery.

For those navigating difficulties in committed relationships—such as conflict, stonewalling, defensiveness, or criticism—I hold a Level 2 certification through the Gottman Institute, which focuses on strengthening and maintaining healthy partnerships. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with a Master’s degree in counseling, I am licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.

Additionally, I integrate neurofeedback into my practice as a certified NeurOptimal® neurofeedback trainer, promoting brain flexibility and resilience.

*For clinicians seeking supervision, I am also a board-approved clinical supervisor with AZBBHE.

I’m the owner of Resilient Brain Prescott and an LPC.
